1. Ensuring free competition and preventing the development of monopoly situations and adequate safety.
2. Providing transport services dutifully for the safeguard of the sovereignty of the state, border areas development, state-run development projects, state-sponsored ceremonies and other transport services required by the state.
3. Participation on domestic production of motor vehicles, spare parts and major-repair of our own-fleet.
